Lay’s Speculative Radio Ad

Transcript:

“So I was at a party the other night, eating some Lay’s, when Bob says, “What’s with all these new flavours of potato chips? Don’t they know they already nailed it with Barbecue?”

Well, I may just be a man who loves potato chips, but I say to Bob, “Did you know that potato chips were invented in 1853, and yet new flavours weren’t added until the 1950s? That’s 100 years without Salt and Vinegar, Sour Cream and Onion, and yes, even your precious Barbecue, Bob.

Should we have called it quits after creating the greatest snack food of all time? Of course not! We believed that there was no limit to just how good potato chips could get. And isn’t it a great thought, that the first bite of your favourite flavour is still ahead of you?”

Of course, Bob didn’t actually… hear any of this. He was too busy eating a bag of Grilled Cheese Potato Chips. So… *laughs* yeah…

Lay’s, Bring on the Flavours.”
